Delivery Information
All "In Stock" items are packaged and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from payment clearing, monday to saturday by Royal Mail recorded delivery. In order to safeguard your purchase all our UK parcels have to be signed for but do not worry if you are not in to receive your parcel as Royal Mail will leave a card telling you where you can collect your parcel or you can phone the number on the card to arrange a redelivery time that is suitable for you!
UK "In Stock" Deliveries should take 2 to 3 working days from dispatch to arrive. For other Items please note the 'availability' of the item for delivery times in the UK. For european orders (Including Ireland) please allow an extra 4 to 6 working days, and for all other countries please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of your swimwear.

Special Deliveries : Special Delivery orders placed after 5pm on a Friday will be sent out on Monday.
Shipping is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched
Payment Information
There are no credit card details stored on this website, when you pay for an item you will be redirected to the secure Paypoint.net or PayPal website where you can choose to pay normally, or optionally setup a paypal account and pay that way. After payment you will return to beachbeautiful, and an email confirming your order and payment will be sent to you.
All payments will be made to our parent company "The Creative Internet Company".
Note - e-Cheques : E-Cheque IS NOT a preferred or method of payment if you want to receive your items quickly, as it can take up to 10 days for payment to clear. This causes a delay in us dispatching your order to you!
Privacy Information
Here at Beach Beautiful your privacy is very important to us. The information you provide about yourself when placing an order is only used to complete that order. We do not share this information with any outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We only use return email addresses to answer the emails we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are will not be shared with outside parties.
We use, and collect, non-identifying and aggregate information to better design, and maintain our website. Again, such information is not shared with outside and third parties.
We may from time to time send you a promotional email informing you of special offers and new products we have in stock. If you do not wish to receive any email from beach beautiful, then it's no problem, you can always opt out at the checkout!
Returns Information
Please do not attempt to return any items without a valid return number. You may obtain a return / exchange number by emailing . Returns after 14 days are not accepted. Parcels without a return number are not accepted.
If for any reason you wish to return an item of swimwear or lingerie please read the following list before attempting a return, this will prevent any disappointment or delay in dealing with your return / exchange.
- Items for return / exchange must be unworn
- Original tags must be attached
- Swimwear must be in the original & correct clear plastic bagging
- Items must be free from odours
- Hygiene strips must be intact and clean
- Briefs / Knickers are non returnable for hygiene reasons
- Underwear boxes / packaging must be in original condition for resale
- Damaged items will not been refunded unless due to manufacturing fault
- Items must be returned within strictly 14 days of receipt of order; returns after this date up to 28 days will only be eligible for store credit.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that are not in a re-saleable condition

- Sale Items are returnable for store credit only.
U.S. RETURNS: If you are using a we will not be responsible for the tax charges this incurs, if you must use this service please mark clearly this is “returned goods” not an “import”.
We recommend that you return your items by recorded delivery, for proof of postage. We aim to process refunds within 7-10 working days; you will be refunded by the same method you paid. Postage costs are non refundable.
FREE Exchanges!
Exchanges are free of charge! If your item does not fit, and meets the return / exchange requirements listed above then we will send you out a replacement, and we will pay your postage! This is a free service! This service applies to customers order the same product but in another size. This applies to one exchange per customer. This is for the postage to send the exchange to you NOT for you to send goods back to us, If you need any help finding the correct size or wish to discuss your exchange email stating your order number.
